Coco Beauty Retreat
Coco Beauty Retreat opened on October 5th, 2007, and is now in its 9th year and going strong. In 2008 we were nominated in the Australian beauty and spa industry awards in the category of Best New Establishment (salon/spa). In 2008 and 2009 we achieved “Highly Recommended” in the Australian Business Awards scoring a 98.54% (2008) and 98.75% (2009) for excellence in customer service.
In February 2008 Coco Beauty Retreat joined the Beauty 1 to 1 training organisation as a regional training centre, on took on their first student in March.
We offer value for money, our massages are more than just a massage, providing absolutely clean and hygienic treatment rooms, soothing music, fresh towels for each client, & personal nail files for each client (no cross contamination at Coco).
We comply with all OHS standards and worksafe guidelines.
Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment at Coco Beauty Retreat, we set that time and a therapist aside just for you. If you cancel with late notice, or just don’t show, we may have turned others away that otherwise could have your spot, which has happened on many occassions, therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments for treatments or packages longer than 1 hour otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.
WE IN TURN will reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc). After all, its only fair that we do for you what we ask you to do for us!
Late cancellations or ‘no show’ for gift voucher bookings will result in your voucher being redeemed in full.
To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. As this time has been reserved for you, late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.
We also have a loyalty program, a referral program and are involved in community sponsorships.
